What To Expect

This is a walking tour through a spice plantation accompanied by your knowledgeable guide where you'll explore with your senses. Feel, smell, and taste an array of spices, trying to guess each one by its unique scent and texture, from leaves to roots and climbing vines. Learn about their origins, properties, and how they're used in food and traditional medicine. Your guide will explain the different crops and their importance in local cooking.
