What To Expect

Safari Blue begins at Fumba, where you will board a traditional Swahili Dhow boat and set sail to a Sandbank. On the boat, you will enjoy refreshing fruit snacks and soft drinks as you keep an eye out for marine life such as migrating humpback whales and resident dolphins. Next, you will embark on a snorkelling adventure, encountering various species of colourful coral fishes. After that, you’ll head to a serene lagoon surrounded by picturesque mangroves, offering opportunities for swimming, photography, and more. Finally, you’ll visit Kwale Island for a delicious traditional Swahili seafood buffet and a chance to explore the island, including a glimpse of a majestic Baobab tree estimated to be around 500 years old.
