Halisi Villas Guest Policies
Visitor Policy
For your safety and security, only guests listed on the booking are allowed to enter the property. Security will not allow entry to anyone who is not named on the booking.
Parties, events, or unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund, in accordance with our booking policy.
Smoking Policy
No smoking inside the villa. Smoking inside will set off the fire alarm. Please smoke only in the outdoor areas and use the ashtrays provided to dispose of cigarettes safely.
Damage & Loss Policy
All personal items are your own responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use the safe provided for valuables.
Please report any damage as soon as possible so we can help resolve it quickly.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by their actions or negligence. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.
Pool Use & Waterfall Guidelines
Pool Hours:
The pool is available for guest use at any time. Please keep music and voices low between 22:00 and 08:00 to be respectful to neighbours and the local community.
Waterfall Feature:
The pool waterfall operates automatically during the following hours:
10:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:00.
There is a wall switch located on the side of the pool that allows you to turn the waterfall off at any time during these operating hours.
Please note: the switch cannot be used to turn the waterfall on outside of these set hours.
Pool Rules:
Use the pool at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
No diving or running around the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Shower before entering the pool.
Please dry off before entering indoor areas.
No food or drinks in the pool
Glass items are not allowed in or around the pool.
Safety & Security
Your comfort and peace of mind are our priority. Halisi Villas is equipped with several features to ensure your stay is both safe and relaxing.
24/7 Security
Our property is monitored by professional security guards around the clock for your safety and comfort. In addition the premises are protected by an electric fence and CCTV cameras in common outdoor areas. If you notice any suspicious activity or have any safety concerns, please report them at once to security.
Villa Access
Each villa has a smart lock entry system and a secure key lock box for check-in.
You will receive your unique access PINs before arrival.
Never share your access codes with anyone, including security staff.
If you suspect someone has learned your code, please contact management immediately so that we can reset it.
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa.

Medical Assistance: the nearest medical facility is North Valley Hospital approximately 10 minutes away. +255 777 797 779
Police & Fire Assistance: In the event your require police and fire assistance, please inform our on-site security immediately. They will liaise directly with the appropriate authorities on your behalf.
